Started on the ELT section today. It called for installing nutplates. Since there were rivets already there they had to be drilled. out. Holes were made for the rivets for the nutplates and then the nutplates were installed. I painted the antenna bracket. Also installed the ELT bracket and holder. Vans instructions called for following the instructions with the ELT which can be a little confusing. One part calls for soldering, so I will have to figure that out another day.
