Synergy Fundamentals class

Today I spent the day at Synergy Air in Eugene taking the Fundamental class.  It was great getting instructed by Wally and learning some metal work basics that will be relevant in aircraft construction. We practiced drilling, deburring, dimpling, riveting, etc. We worked in pairs constructing a small airfoil.  I also learned about some tools that will be advantageous in my RV12 construction. This class was well worth my time and I am sure the knowledge learned will save quite a bit of time during my construction.
